An Orc trained in the ways of healing, though it might be better suited to carpentry. These barbaric healers commonly use bone saws and hand drills as instruments. Unconsciousness is often the best anesthetic.

It is a toss-up as to whether the Barber-Surgeon is more feared by enemy troops or by the warriors of its own host. Though the Barber-Surgeons' ability to heal wounded comrades is undeniable, there is more pain involved in the process than in any other healer in the Land. Sometimes hacking and slashing with abandon, or going all out with his pliers, one would think this Orc is doing their patient more harm than good. However, regardless of his methods or the mental scars left behind, most warlords don't care about the methods - just the means. After all, the Barber-Surgeon gets their warriors back into battle. For them, that is all that matters.
