M.Bison

Master Bison, known as Vega (ベガ Bega?) in Japan, is a video game character and the main antagonist of the Street Fighter series, first appearing as the non-playable final boss in Street Fighter II before becoming playable in its update, Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. The founder and leader of the powerful criminal organization Shadaloo, he is a self-imposed dictator and megalomaniac seeking world domination. In his character's arcade mode in Street Fighter 6, he was addressed as the Nameless Man.
