This Mage-Spawned creature is the restless and spiteful spirit of a human warrior, continuing to prowl the Land in search of victims. But where a Shade is rarely considered intelligent, Specters seem to have both intelligence and direction, and are, without a doubt, the most organized and dedicated killers of the lot.
