For 81 pts Mage Spawn, Exarch Balion has a Flight speed type so he can use Soaring, 10 Strong Flyer, +1 wand type attack bonus making a +11 Stormfire, Mage Blast, Hex. Spell Immune Defense with 18 Toughness, Regeneration, And a Pierce ability that ignores most of the Defense ability. On top of that, he also has Command and Magic Healing.
